If you decide to bring your property/s to PPM, the following is the how and what.

If you are currently with a property management company:      So you have had a chat or met with us and have decided to let your current PM go. We send you the management agreement to fill and sign and once sent back we then ask you to email the current company and let them know that you would like to end your contract with them. In this email you state that PPM will be taking over management of the property/s. You supply our details to them and let them know that we will be in touch.

More often than not, this is all we require from you. We then take the reins and contact the property manager with a long list of documents we require from them in relation to the current tenancy. If the PM has all documentation we require then it is an easy transition. If they do not then we would be in contact with you to gather some more information.

If you are self managing your property/s: As above, but we would require you to send us the documentation in relation to the tenancy. If there is anything missing we can take care of it for you. 

If your property is currently empty: As above and we work with you to ensure all documentation is in place and work towards listing the property and finding an amazing tenant to care for your investment.
